1. Legal Basis and Information We Collect
Processing follows Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Law No. 91/2025/QH15 (effective January 1, 2026), Decree 13/2023/ND-CP, and applicable regulations. We collect registration details, learning data, payment information (we do not store card numbers), and technical data necessary to secure and operate the service.
2. How We Use Your Information
Information is used to provide and improve the service, handle consultation requests, personalize learning, process payments, issue certificates, and send operational notices. Consent to process a consultation request is required for form submission; marketing consent is optional, recorded separately, and may be withdrawn at any time.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Information is only shared with: authorized payment processing partners, trusted service providers that operate the platform, and law enforcement when legally required.
4. Data Security
We apply industry-grade security measures: TLS/HTTPS encryption, at-rest encryption of sensitive data, role-based access control, and regular security audits.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies (login sessions, authentication) to operate the platform. You can manage cookies through your browser settings — see our Cookie Policy for details.
6. Your Rights
You may access, correct, delete, or request an export of your data, and object to or withdraw marketing consent without affecting a consultation request already submitted. Contact privacy@vtiacademy.vn to exercise these rights.
7. Data Retention
Platform data is hosted on AWS infrastructure in Singapore (ap-southeast-1) and may be processed across borders under the applicable impact assessment, data-processing agreements, and legal requirements. Account data is retained for 3 years after deletion, except certificate records retained for verification.
8. Policy Changes
Significant changes will be notified via email at least 30 days before taking effect.
