1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the VTI Academy AI platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
VTI Academy AI provides an online learning platform focused on applied AI training for individuals and enterprises, including courses, bundled learning paths, a 3-tier certificate system, an AI Tutor, and enterprise (B2B) training/consulting packages.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform, including text, images, videos, slides, prompt templates, and code, is the property of VTI Academy AI or licensed partners. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
5. Payment Policy
Course/learning path fees are billed per program. Enterprise (B2B) training packages follow separate pricing and terms per the agreed contract/proposal. We do not offer refunds for completed payments, except as required by law.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not: share accounts, scrape data, distribute copyrighted materials (including course content or the Prompt Library), or perform any actions harmful to the platform or other users.
7. Limitation of Liability
VTI Academy AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Notice will be provided via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
